## Roles and Responsibilities

**Job Title: Software team lead**

**Responsibilities :**

– Develop and maintain web applications using Node JS, ExpressJS, and other related technologies.
– Design and develop RESTful APIs for seamless integration with external services and platforms.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams including front-end developers, designers, and product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
– Implement and integrate libraries, and frameworks to enhance the functionality and performance of the applications.
– Conduct thorough testing, including unit testing and integration testing, to identify and fix software defects and ensure application reliability.

**Requirements :**

– 2+ years of experience as a Node JS Developer.
– Hands-on expertise in REST, MySQL/PostgreSQL, WebSocket, MongoDB, Redis, etc.
– Proficiency in JavaScript, ECMAScript, and Node JS.
– Experience with packages like ExpressJS, Crypto, and other required packages.
– Solid understanding and extensive experience with version control tools like Git etc.,
– Experience with SQL queries, web stacks, libraries, frameworks, and Mongo DB.
