🔹 1. Sales Executive (2 Positions)
Requirements:
✅ Presentable and multi-lingual (English, Tamil, Hindi)
✅ Graduate from a reputed institution
✅ 5–6 years of experience in real estate/construction sales
✅ Proficient in MS Office
✅ Strong agent/broker network in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai
✅ Experience dealing with international clients is a big plus
🔹 2. Senior Accountant (1 Position)
Requirements:
✅ 7+ years of experience in accounting (real estate or construction preferred)
✅ Skilled in journal entries, AP/AR, bank reconciliation, and monthly closings
✅ Experience in tax filing, auditing, and financial reporting
✅ Strong analytical, time management, and independent work skills
✅ High standards of ethics and integrity
🔹 3. Junior Accountant (1 Position)
Requirements:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
✅ 2+ years’ experience in core accounting roles
✅ Skilled in Tally Prime and Microsoft Office
✅ Familiar with general ledger, payroll entries, budgets, and balance sheets
