• Full/Part time :  Full Time
• Qualification :  Any Degree
• Salary range : 10L to 20L PA

Responsibilities:
Work with internal customers to gather requirements for implementation of configuration changes,
support development, and testing
Serve as a technical mentor for team members
Keep abreast of Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.
Make recommendations to Management and Business Advisors regarding the best option to be
implemented as appropriate.
Continuous improvement keeping the knowledge and training up-to-date.
Improve the quality of solutions already delivered through constant analysis of incidents
Prepare and maintain training docs and foundation guidelines up-to-date.
Follow and understand Agile Methodologies (Kanban, Scrum,…).
Primary Skills Required
Deep knowledge of Salesforce administration
Object and Fields
Security & Sharing (Profiles & Permission sets, Sharing rules…)
