Job Overview:
As a React Developer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing user interface components using React.js concepts and workflows such as Redux, Flux, and Webpack. You will ensure that these components and the overall application are robust and easy to maintain. You will work closely with other team members, including developers, and project managers, to deliver high-quality web applications. A deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and React.js is crucial for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new user-facing features using React.js.
Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
Collaborate with team members to improve usability
Work closely with the backend team to integrate APIs and other services
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure we are always using the best tools and techniques
Required Skills:
1 to 1.5 years of experience in React.js development.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles.
Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Redux or Flux).
Familiarity with newer specifications of ECMAScript.
Familiarity with REST APIs.
Familiarity with code versioning tools (such as Git) mandatory.
Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token.
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools.
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.
Good understanding of browser rendering behavior and performance.
