Roles and Responsibilities
 Understand project requirements.
 On time delivery – Ensuring the the project is delivered on time through continual improvement.
 Quality Benchmark – Ensure that the project is delivered with best quality and with minimal bugs.
 Develop back-end components to improve responsiveness and overall performance
 Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices and standards.
 Building RESTFUL API's using Python with the Fast API framework
 Executing optimized complex queries in SQL, MongoDB and Redis
 Writie Asynchronous code following clean architecture principles, Google coding guidelines,
followed by unit testing.
 Collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
 Ensure effective and timely communication with the project stakeholders and team members.
 Process Compliance.

Job Requirements:
 Excellent Problem Solving skills.
 Strong understanding of software development life-cycle and best practices.
 Design, develop, maintain and optimize secure and scalable multi-tier web applications.
 5+ years of experience in Software Development using Python.
 Experience building RESTful APIs using Python with frameworks such as Flask, Django, preferably
Fast API.
 Hands on experience with MongoDB and Redis. Must have experience in performance tuning and
optimization of complex queries.
 A strong understanding of OOPS programming, Data Structures, and Design Patterns.
 Experience in Parallel Processing and Asynchronous Programming in Python
 Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git.
 Experience in Clean Architecure is preferable.
 Experience in other open source technologies/languages will be an advantage.
 Must be able to understand requirements and make efficient solution, code and unit test
independently as well as work jointly with the team.
 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
 Ability to deal with ambiguity and change.
