Product Support Engineer 
We are looking for a technical support engineer who is responsible for providing support on
software applications. Must have good documentation, presentation, and communications skills.
 Evaluate and prioritize customer support cases
 Act as the primary liaison between the company and customers
 Familiar with
o ASP .net or Any other web technology
o MS SQL
o JavaScript/JQuery
o HTML5
o CSS3
