🚀 We’re Hiring: POD/Tech Lead – Microservices & Workflow Platforms
📍 Location: Chennai | 🧠Experience: 6+ years | 💻 Full Stack / Backend Leadership
Are you passionate about driving technical excellence in microservices and workflow-based platforms? We’re looking for a Tech Lead to guide a cross-functional pod through the full delivery lifecycle — from sprint planning to DevOps orchestration.
 Key Responsibilities:
Lead a pod of 3–5 developers focusing on UI, APIs, workflows, and system integration
Own and enhance modules like UDM services, product configuration, and lifecycle workflows
Implement BPMN using Flowable; enforce coding standards and modular architecture
Review PRs, support DevOps (GitLab CI, Docker), and ensure deployment readiness
Pair program with developers and host Vibe sessions for hands-on mentoring
Align closely with product owners and architects for seamless delivery
  Tech Stack & Experience:
Java/Spring, Groovy, Node.js, React/Next.js
PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Microservices
Flowable, Camunda, or other BPMN tools
GitLab, Docker, CI/CD, DevOps pipelines
Agile team leadership and hands-on coding expertise
