Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin & Operations Executive to manage front-desk activities, basic administrative tasks, and e-commerce order packaging for our silver jewellery store. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Handle reception and customer inquiries
Manage basic admin tasks and records
Pack and process online (e-commerce) jewellery orders
Coordinate dispatch with courier partners
Use basic computer applications (billing, Excel, email)
Requirements:
Basic computer knowledge
Good communication skills
Organized and detail-oriented
Must know English language
