IT Support Engineer
Provide support for internal IT, VMs and Cloud-based application infrastructure on AWS. The role
requires providing basic application support as well.
 Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and
scanners
 Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
 Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
 Providing technical support across the company
 Provisioning systems and accounts for new users
 Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
 Basic knowledge on Windows Servers and Database Administration
 Understanding of Security and Networking Concepts and practices.
 Basic knowledge of AWS administration
 Backup and restoration
 Willingness to learn
