HR Operations / HR Generalist

Experience: 1 to 4 years
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
Education: MBA in Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end employee lifecycle management (onboarding to offboarding)
HR documentation, MIS, and compliance handling
Employee engagement and grievance handling
Payroll support and HRIS management
Support in policy implementation and HR operations

Requirements:
1–4 years of relevant HR experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools
MBA in HR is a must
