Salary: 30,000 – 40,0000 per month (Based on the experience)

Job description:
Responsibilities
 Develop and implement retail strategies that align with the company’s objectives
 Oversee daily operations of multiple retail stores to ensure efficiency
 Monitor and analyse sales performance to meet and exceed targets
 Lead, coach, and develop retail staff for peak performance
 Ensure excellent customer service is consistently delivered
 Manage the budget and allocate resources to improve efficiency
 Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
 Implement processes for inventory management and loss prevention
 Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead
 Drive initiatives to enhance the overall retail experience
 Able to travel Multiple stores in Tamil Nadu frequently.

Qualifications: 
 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
 Minimum of 7 – 10 years of experience in retail management, including leadership roles
 Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
 Strong understanding of retail operations and best practices
 Excellent leadership and team management skills
 Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
 Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
 Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
