Urgently hiring now:
1. Knowledge of south Indian especially dosa, idli, variety rice, upma, kesari
2. Awareness of north Indian and Chinese dishes is a preference.
3. Should have commanding skills on recipe and menu development
4. Should be able to prepare costing chart for any recipe
5. Kitchen SOP formalities should be known
6. Supervising & leading the team
7. Closely monitor the wastage and take appropriate measures to control it.
8. Timely allocation of tasks and duties to team so that the commercial
objectives are met.
9. Leave & break planning on behalf of team
10. Team training and briefing
11. Ensuring recipe adherence with regard to each dish
12. Tracking raw material usage and timely preparation of purchase requests.
13. To ensure highest level of safety and hygienic standards are maintained and
adhered throughout the operations.
14. Handling multiple locations for Pre- Ops stage.
Salary – 20K- 25K
