Job Description
 Planning, organizing, directing and running day-to-day operations in a highly
efficient, safe, and quality conscious manner.
 Increasing production, assets availability and flexibility of operations while minimizing
unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality and safety standards.
 Responsibility for, plant safety, production output, product quality and on-time shipping
 The Plant supervisor will oversee all daily operations of the plant from production and
manufacturing to ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
 Daily Plant activity Reports to be sent to Management.
 Develop processes that will maximize safety, quality and productivity, with on time
deliverables.
 Address employees’ issues or grievances and administer solutions.
 Share a trusting relationship with the workgroup and recruit, manage and develop plant
staff.
 Collect and analyze data to find areas of waste or unnecessary overtime
 Stay up to date with latest production management, best practices and concepts
 Exercise decision-making and people management skills to Create accountability in the team
and to lead by example for creating a Strong team.
 The house keeping of the shop floor and entire premises to be overseen
