Conducting market research to identify customer preferences and potential market opportunities
Developing strategies to increase sales and brand awareness through digital channels such as search engines, social media, and online advertising
Developing and managing marketing campaigns that align with company goals and objectives.
Creating content for social media, and other digital platforms to engage target audiences
Building relationships with clients by explaining their options, answering questions, and providing support throughout the process
Monitoring industry trends and competition to identify opportunities for new products or services.

JD For Tele Sales: Female Candidates only. Freshers or Experienced. Salary upto 12.5K-15K

Have Experience in Sales and Marketing.
Lead generation & cold calling
Any degree with Good communication skills
Regional languages ( Malayalam. Hindi, Kannada, Telugu ) would be an added advantage
Quick learning skills
Customer handling & Problem solving skills
Exceptional communication and the capacity to switch up speaking approach
The capacity to adjust to challenging circumstances
Having a firm understanding of the products or services the business provides
Ability to listen and solve problems
Outstanding capacity to manage conflicts and address grievances during negotiations
