1. Knowledge of south Indian especially dosa, idli, variety rice, upma, kesari
2. Preparing and following the recipe chart and process set with regard to
3. Menu planning for the day and scheduling the activities accordingly
4. Delegating and supervising the assistants.
5. Closely monitoring the raw material consumption to reduce wastage
6. Timely preparation of purchase requests
7. Co-ordinating with team members
8. Ensure to maintain high level of safety and hygiene standards
Salary- 15K-20K (Negotiable for right candidates)
