Business Development Executive

• Previous experience in cold calling or sales is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities
• Sound knowledge of the higher education industry and admission processes
• Ability to work independently and meet targets
• Proficiency in using google sheets,social media management tools and email marketing platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Availability to work flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends, if required

PACKAGE :
FIXED : 15000 PER MONTH (1.8 LPA)
VARIABLE : 1 – 5 LPA (HIGH INCENTIVES)
