Roles & Responsibilities:
Should have experience in Travel arrangemnet & Accomodation
Reporting to Senior Management and performing Secretarial and Administrative duties.
Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements.
Plan and organize transportation, accommodations, insurance and other travel services.
Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them of appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs and accommodations.
Responsible for travel arrangements like air tickets, rail tickets, pick and drop from airport and railway station etc. for the guest as per their request.
Managing different modes of travel, supporting Hotel/Guesthouse booking, and local conveyance from beginning to end.
Responsible for Managing Company owned vehicles under the Travel desk
Organizing and assigning Company vehicles to Staff based on requirements and priority
Maintain calendars for appointments, sorted mail, make copies, and plan travel arrangements.
Tie-up with Hotels for Staff/guest stay.
Male candidates are Preferred.
