Qualifications: BSc (Agri) / MSc(Agri) / MBA (ABM) / MBA

Salary : As per industry standards and negotiable based on experience & expertise
Experience : 15+ years working with the Agriculture Businesses.
Location : Based at coimbatore only.
Language Known : English, Hindi (Other south indian language will be added advantage)

Job Description:

  • Oversee sales and marketing activities to achieve corporate revenue goals.
  • Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new policies.
  • Working with academicians and government officials and signing up MoUs.
  • Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their target and goals.
  • Researching and developing Business opportunities, strategies and plans, understanding Business requirements, identifying the needs, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s goals.
  • Achieving company goals, targets, revenues expectations.
  • Manages, supports and motivates Territory Sales Managers.
  • Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Implementing new sales & marketing plans and advertising.
  • Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
  • Maintaining relationships with important officials by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities.
  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences, and workshops.
  • Plan and assign a work schedule to the sales team.
  • Evaluate the performance of the sales team and provide feedback to improve their effectiveness.
  • Provide guidance to the sales team to complete their assigned task.
  • Develop new sales techniques for business growth and profitability.
  • Represent the company brand in the conference and other official meetings.
  • Identifies the strategies and opportunities to increase sales and profitability.
  • Evaluate the current sales process and recommend improvements.

Skills required:

  • Understanding and knowledge of sales and marketing.
  • Strong managerial, analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and coming up with excellent business decisions.
  • The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
