Job Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers interested in chit fund investments or financial savings plans.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth.
Explain product details, payment options, and benefits clearly to customers.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
Collect and verify customer documents and handle basic onboarding processes.
Attend meetings, events, or field visits to promote company services.
Maintain daily reports of leads, visits, and conversions.
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any Stream)
Good communication and convincing skills
Strong interest in fieldwork and meeting clients
Self-motivated and target-oriented
Local area knowledge (Coimbatore preferred)
Two-wheeler with valid license (added advantage)
Salary & Benefits:
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 + Incentives
