Roles and Responsibilities:
– Handle general enquiries, divert them to relevant departments in the company.
– Must be attentive during work hours.
– Handle incoming calls, explain regarding company products to the clients.
– Maintain records on time.
– Well versed with MS – Office.
– Good in co-ordination and communication in English, Tamil.
– Maintain customer database based upon the origin.
– Lead generation and maintenance of the enquiries.
– Responsible for actions, willing to learn more.

Required Qualifications:
 Undergraduate/Post Graduate
 2-5 Years’ Experience in Sales Coordination Roles
 Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil

Salary: 10,000 – 12,000 / month
Location: Coimbatore.
