Facility Manager

Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate who can,

• Manage a rental property which has multiple tenants (more than 50 tenants)
• Maintain the premise clean by with the help of the house keeping employees (have to manage the house keeping employees)
• Account management (Rent collection, expense management & banking)
• Take measures to make sure the facility is always full, when vacancies are there have to proactively start advertising and marketing to find new tenants
• Manage the facilitiy’s social media account

NOTE: We are looking for only female candidates, age above 25 yrs with minimum work experience
