Job Description Factory Manger – Minimum 3 yrs expererince in the same
function
Job Profile:
Regularizing the factory production to optimize Factory output, and Maximise Quality
to the highest level, with intelligent Overheads ( Input / Output, Process, Utility flow
to be matching, minimize stoppage due to mismatch in Standby power capacity, till
Standby power capacity is augmented, critical Spares, AMC to be in place.)
Ensuring quality is maintained from entry of raw materials to exit of finished goods,
so a long life Robust Product is produced.
Proper and relevant packaging to be finalized.
Ensuring timely maintenance of machines and proper record to be maintained
Each individual to be assessed based on output and quality in quantitative terms,
showing productive output, minimum rework, multitasking and innovative ideas.
Wastage to be monitored and reduced and reused if possible, and unused waste
sold periodically.
Operational procedures to be laid down to ensure quality, hassle free completion of
projects at sites, with minimum installation effort at site.
Shop drawings going from factory to be very comprehensive and detailed to ensure
the site team can execute with minimum Site work, with much ease and clarity
Ensuring timely quotation and necessary smart sized, Samples are send to the
marketing group and proper monitoring of the same to ensure the projects are
converted to sales.
Building a reputation of a Quality product delivered, based on required Advance
payment, reasonable Delivery period, with a supply chain tie-up with partners of
repute.
All deviations and changes in Specs, and factors beyond Hillpoint Control to be
recorded and Signed Off immediately, Proper Paperwork to be in place, necessarily
over riding any email instructions.
Assisting the R&D department for development of new products and procedures,
using latest materials and manufacturing techniques, keeping Market exclusivity in
mind.

Giving new thoughts for add on business, to utilise fully, Man Machine capacity
which will not divert the Core focus on Acoustics
Ensuring profitability in the running of business, by anticipating new ideas,
techniques and adapting to ever-changing international trends, on Machines,
Materials, and Manufacturing.
Submission of detailed online MIS to the management, accessible in real time.
Any other responsibilities as may be given from time to time.
Operate with full responsibility, as required, to take the Investment, to the State of
the Art Levels.
